  • Pre-orders are made to order and typically ship within 4–6 weeks.

  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to production or supplier issues we’ll keep you updated if that happens.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

  • Payments are securely processed via Shopify’s authorized payment providers.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • If there's an issue with your order, email us within 7 days of delivery at Info@clonestarr.com.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email or SMS.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address info at checkout.

All content on our website  including designs, logos, and images is owned by Clonestarr. Use without permission is not allowed.
